All University of Maryland School of Nursing non-emergency work requests should be submitted using this form. For assistance with immediate issues, such as leaks, power outages, and lock-outs, call 410-706-2618.
The UMSON Facilities Team will do their best to complete work requests that are handled in-house within a 1-week timeframe.
The UMSON Facilities Team will facilitate any work orders requiring assistance from the campus services team. Requests submitted to the campus team will be addressed on a first-come, first-serve basis and/or based on the urgency of the request.
All University of Maryland School of Nursing non-emergency technology requests should be submitted using this form. This includes requests for all of the ILT teams: Network and Computer Services, Learning Technology, Audio Visual Services.
The ILT teams strive to provide quality customer service. Normal business hours for the ILT teams are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. A member of the team will contact faculty and staff members about their request or issue within four business hours of ticket assignment. Resolution of requests and issues is typically within one business day.
After Hours Emergencies
If an emergency issue arises outside of normal business hours, please submit the form below. A ticket will be created and assigned the next business day morning and a member of the team will contact you as soon as possible.
